After lunch you can take a look around your office. Every simple activity means calorie burning.
  • Eat Properly: Fasting does not help in the long run. So eat your daily meals regularly. This is essential for balanced metabolism. If you starve for a longer time you tend to eat more when you get your eyes on the food. So it is better not to skip a meal. Eat three to four times a day in small quantities.
  • Drink More: Drink lots of water. It helps to lose weight the healthy way
  • Sleep Well: Lack of sleep affects metabolism. So get a good night’s sleep.
  • Avoid Crash Diets. Instead go for small amount of decrease in calorie intake. This is more beneficial that short term stringent diets. In my Fitness Boot Camp in Irvine I teach clients that crash diets may produce instant weight loss. But once you are off the diet, you can gain weight again very rapidly. So do not go on dieting just blindly. Instead get an appropriate nutrition plan drafted by an expert and adhere to that. You will see amazing results.
  • Strength Training: Consult an expert. Get a strength training program designed for you. It is enough if you could do once in a week intensive workouts.
